Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For orders placed within the Netherlands, we provide a free GLS return label, allowing you to return your package to our warehouse at no additional cost.
For orders placed outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment themselves. Your package will include an address label only. Please note that this is not a prepaid return label. You are responsible for selecting the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, GLS) and ensuring the return arrives at us safely.
If the address label is missing, you can always return your package to the following address: JAPAN TKY p/a ENDPRO, Rijnkade 186, 1382 GT WEESP.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item promptly, we recommend returning your current item. Once your return is approved, you can easily place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 30-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, without providing justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please add the attached return form to your package when sending it back.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return and it is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at e-com@japantky.com.
