Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means your return shipment must be received by us within 30 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Go to our refund portal (via https://japantky.shipping-portal.com/rp/) and register your return by downloading your own return label or QR-code. Use your postal code and the packing slip or tracking number you received by email with your order.

Please note: for returns we charge €4.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If you are unable to complete the process via the portal, please contact us at e-com@japantky.com. Always include your order number in your email so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges  
To ensure you receive your desired item promptly, we recommend returning your current item. Once your return is approved, you can easily place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 30-day cooling-off period  
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days without providing any reason, provided that we receive the returned item within 30 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return and it is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or creditcard company to process and transfer the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at e-com@japantky.com.
