To ensure careful service, Japan TKY may, where appropriate, review previous orders. If this review reveals justified grounds for doing so, Japan TKY reserves the right to refuse an order or to terminate the agreement in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 4 of our General Terms and Conditions.
